Travel with the St. Francis Women's Guild to the California wine country for a tasting of the region’s viticulture with fine wine specialist Vanessa Alward. The event will be held Thursday, January 28, at 7 p.m. on Zoom. 

Registration is required by Tuesday, January 26 to ensure wine orders are filled.
 
We are putting together a fun evening on Zoom. You can enjoy it from the comfort of your home. Feel free to invite family and/or pod friends. On Zoom, you will be joined by Ms. Alward, Fr. Couture, and friends from the Guild.  
 
Ms. Alward will guide us as we taste two remarkable reds and a distinctive white. She will share her knowledge of the wines, wineries, and the region’s soil and history. 

The selected wines are:
Talbott Kali Hart Chardonnay $19.99
Frei Brothers Dry Creek Valley Merlot $17.99
J Vineyards Pinot Noir (Monterey, Sonoma, Santa Barbara) $19.99. 

You can purchase 1, 2, or all 3. 

Today is the last day to order wines from Larry at Peter's Wine Shop. In your RSVP to the Women's Guild (see the following link), please indicate the wines you will be sampling.   

There is no cost to attend the program. The Guild will order your wines when you register. Purchase and pickup will be at Peter’s Spirits in Weston Center. The Guild will not handle payment or deliver wines. 

Registration is free. You purchase the wines on your own once you have registered. Peter's can provide curbside pickup, which you arrange by phoning the store at 203-226-3740.
