Adult Education

We seek to reach out to our adult population with meaningful educational and spiritual programs. Our mission is to assist individuals with their journey toward Christian maturity through study of Scripture, the teachings and traditions of the Church, and discussion of contemporary issues. We offer bible study or inquiry groups,  retreats, speakers, website links, prayer groups, trips and promotion of diocesan programs. All are welcome!

RCIA – The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

The St. Francis of Assisi parish community welcomes those inquiring about the Catholic faith and feeling called to become Catholics. The RCIA process is concerned with the total formation of the person into believing, living, praying, and serving with the Church community. This gradual development culminates in the celebration of the initiation sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist.
